D&H Advisory (DHA) relies on you, the Client, for clear guidance regarding investment objectives and general financial situation. DHA shall give advice and make recommendations based on information submitted by you. 

The risk of investing in certain financial instruments is generally high, as the market is exposed to many different factors including, but not limited to, growth prospects, foreign exchange rates, and the economic and political climate.  

By confirming a consultation with DHA, the Client acknowledges this risk and further that DHA does not guarantee the results of any recommendation or any level of return. DHA shall not be liable and shall be indemnified and held harmless by the Client for any act or failure to act except for negligence, willful misconduct, or bad faith.  

DHA is a business duly registered under the laws of Jamaica and owned solely by Danhai Hall, an Individual Investment Advisor licensed by the Financial Services Commission of Jamaica under the Securities Act.

All sessions will be recorded.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or reschedule your session, please do so with at least 24 hours notice; sessions cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hour notice are non-refundable. If are absent from your scheduled session, the session will be non-refundable. If you are not present within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled session, you will be considered absent from the session.
