Danhai Hall - Investment Advisor

Danhai Hall is one of few persons licensed as an Individual Investment Adviser by the Financial Services Commission of Jamaica. Danhai attended the University of the West Indies where he achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Sciences. While completing his degree Danhai gained experience in conducting research and writing research reports during internships at the Planning Institute of Jamaica (PIOJ) in the Economic Planning and Research Department. During these internships he contributed to the labour market chapter of PIOJ’s quarterly publication, The Economic Update and Outlook, for two consecutive years. The scope of his studies developed in him a strong interest and love for the field of Investments, which encouraged him to pursue a career in the Securities industry. Danhai’s experience in the financial sector has gifted him with an expertise in risk management, research and financial statement analysis. Danhai is an avid investor, primarily on the Jamaica Stock Exchange, he is also one of the hosts of finance podcast, Earnings Season. Danhai holds the following certificates: The Jamaica Stock Exchange's Online Jamaican Securities Course, Bloomberg Market Concepts, Diagnosing the Financial Health of a Business.
